Made using sustainably harvested Vermont hardwoods, Simon's son Andrew hand-turns his designs right up the road from our Quechee workshop. Ideal for slicing and serving just-grilled meats or roast chicken, this finely-sanded, kiln-dried, oil-finished walnut board features a moat to catch juices and side handles for easy carrying.
